Summer in a Glass: Sparkling Oriental Beauty Tea

Sparkling tea is one of my favorite ways to enjoy tea in summer. It combines the elegance of champagne with the aromas and flavors of fine tea. It's perfect for gatherings and celebrations, or simply as a treat for yourself.

If you're looking for a refreshing twist on traditional tea, sparkling tea is surprisingly easy to make at home. The gentle carbonation highlights the tea's aromas while creating an elegant, champagne-like experience.

While almost any tea can be brewed sparkling, I especially enjoy how carbonation complements Oriental Beauty's natural honey sweetness and floral aroma. That's why I chose our Thai Oriental Beauty for this recipe. It's the perfect companion for a late summer afternoon.

Tasting Notes

Sparkling Oriental Beauty brews a brilliant golden liquor with a sweet floral aroma, refreshing effervescence, and an incredibly smooth, creamy mouthfeel. It reminds me of a sparkling Moscato.
