We stock our teas and accessories in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, and ship your orders globally via USPS (for US orders) and Hong Kong Post (for all other orders).
U.S. customers, please shop from our U.S. Stock collection. This limited-quantity inventory is made available exclusively for U.S. customers in response to reduced shipping options to the United States.
For all other countries, please continue to shop our sitewide collections as usual.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Announcements
[June 9, 2026] We will be taking a 10-day US shipping break from June 10-20, as our US fulfillment partner will be traveling. Orders placed during this period will be fulfilled after June 20th when we resume fulfillment.
