We stock our teas in both California (USA) and Hong Kong.
All US & Canada orders are shipped from California via USPS First Class or Priority mail.
The rest of our orders are shipped by either Hong Kong Post or USPS International.

- US $10 worldwide shipping for orders under US $70
- FREE domestic shipping within Hong Kong
- US $30 Express shipping option available for select international orders
Packing
Orders are packed and shipped from Hong Kong or the United States, depending on your location, within 1-5 business days.*
Once your order dispatches, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
*Does not apply to "Tea Mail" and "Pre-order" items, which list the respective ship dates on their product pages.

*Extended delivery time is due to Covid-induced air mail suspension, and must therefore be shipped by surface mail.
Notices
We will be taking a break from Dec 24th, 2022 to Jan 12th, 2023.
During these dates we will pause shipping to the US and Canada. Order filfillment will resume on Jan 13th. Orders from all other countries (fulfilled from our Hong Kong side) will continue as normal throughout this period.
