SHIPPING

I really want to try your teas! Where do you ship? 

We ship globally! We want everyone to have access to our teas 😊

In the past we’ve shipped to: USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, U.K., Spain, Germany, France and more.

If it’s our first time shipping to a certain country, we will look into shipping options for you and do our best to make it happen. Just send us a message and we’ll get the conversation going.

 

I ordered tea (yay!) - How will it be shipped?

We stock our teas in Hong Kong and ship orders via Hong Kong Post e-Express. The estimated delivery time to each country can be found here.

 

 

ORDERS

I have a discount code – How do I use it?

Awesome! Just enter it at the check out page. 

 

I placed an order but I need to cancel it ☹

All good. Reply directly to your order confirmation email within 24 hours, and we will cancel with a full refund provided the order has not been shipped yet.

 

I placed an order but I need to make changes.

If you’d like to add or remove items or if you need to change your mailing address, just reply directly to your order confirmation email within 24 hours. We’ll be happy to make the adjustments provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I changed my mind. Can I return the teas?

If the experience does not meet your expectations, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we accept returns requested within 14 days of the delivery date, and you may choose between a refund or in-store credit. However, items must be unopened (if tea, the pack must still be sealed), unused and undamaged, and the return postage fees must be paid by you. Discounted items and shipping fees do not apply.

I’m totally new to tea (help!). Where do I begin? 

Welcome, welcome! We love guiding beginners into the wonderful world of tea.

Our Starter Tea Sampler is a great starting point. It allows you to get a taste of each tea without committing to larger bags. See which flavors you enjoy most and take it from there.   

 

I want to brew gongfu style, but I don’t know how.

We’ve all been there! We totally understand, and offer this Mini Glass Teapot exactly for this reason.
