Return Policy
Non-damaged items
We do not accept returns of items that are in good condition. Our return policy applies only to products with damages or defects.
Damaged items
If items are damaged upon arrival, we are so sorry this happened. Please let us know within 14 days of arrival. You can expect the following:
- The damage must be verified by us first. We may request photographs of the damage.
- We will send you a new item free of charge, or, refund the item price plus the shipping fee, depending on what you prefer.
- If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping.
Order Cancelations
If you placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist you. We will accept cancelations with a full refund as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order has been shipped, we do not accept cancelations.
