Return Policy
Non-damaged items
If you change your mind about a product, we accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery date, and you may choose between a refund or in-store credit. The conditions are as follows:
- Items must be unopened (if tea, the pack must still be sealed), unused and undamaged.
- The customer must pay for the return postage fees (to our California or Hong Kong warehouse, whichever is closest to you).
- We will issue a refund for the item price to the original payment method. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged items
If items are damaged upon arrival, we are so sorry this happened. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery date. You can expect the following:
- The damage must be verified by us first. We may request photographs of the damage.
- If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping.
- We will replace the item with free shipping or refund the item price plus the shipping fee, depending on what you prefer.
Order Cancelations
If you placed an order and would like to cancel or change it, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist you. We will accept cancelations with a full refund as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
